WALKING!!!

Even though Sam has been taking several steps here and there, I think he officially started walking today.  I set up the camera and coaxed him to do a few steps. Then after I showed him the video playback it was as if it clicked in his head that he could do it.  He immediately left from the fireplace where we were sitting and walked to the couch. And then to the other couch. And then back to the fireplace. He even followed me on foot into my room!

I also wanted to add this pic from earlier in the afternoon.  He saw a plastic bag that i had thrown away and was so determined to get it that he pulled up on the handle and had his feet on the cabinet trying to get into it.
