Sam discovered the rug pad in his room and loves the texture.  He has checked under all of the other rugs in the house and gets frustrated when he can't find the pad.  Here he is in his room and my office.

 I have been waiting for the day that I don't have to lug in a stroller or strap on the Ergo just to pick up some groceries and it has arrived! Here's my big boy sitting in the shopping cart.

Tooth!

I have not been able to get a picture, but Sam is starting to cut his first tooth.  It's the bottom right one and has been causing sniffles and fussiness.  And it made me cry.  He's growing up so fast!

Mommy & Me Yoga

I just found out that today was the last Mommy & Me yoga class! I'm really disappointed because I've really come to enjoy it and I think Sam does too.  Starting when I was about 15 weeks pregnant, I took the prenatal class and the instructor happened to be pregnant and due one day after me. I did the class up until the week before Sam was born and then, when he was 3 months, we changed "prenatal" to "mommy & me."  Birte, the instructor, is in the blue shirt with her little boy Lennart.

7 Months

This month he kept trying to climb onto the nightstand and grab the lamp so I finally just gave it to him.

The Long Hallway

Hooray for Holidays Music Class

Today was our second class at Nightingale Music in a session called "Hooray for Holidays." Last week was about Halloween and this week is Thanksgiving.  We usually go on Thursday but did a makeup because that is going to be a busy work day for me.  Sam's friend Dylan, who is also usually in the Thursday class, did a make up today as well.  Sam loves his teacher Ms. Beth.

Walk on the Beach

 Sam loves riding in the Bjorn and watching the waves so this was a great day for him. We went down to WindanSea and stopped at a couple of smaller beaches along the way.
